Primal Aim: Our aim is to remain at the forefront of end-game raiding while maintaining a family-like and enjoyable atmosphere that has sustained our guild since the beginning.

Raid Schedule: Raiding intensity depends mainly on whether an instance is in progress or farming status and the stage of the total conquered content by the guild. We typically raid 5-6 days a week during progress times, and 3-4 days during farming stages depending always on what content is currently available for us to clear. Raids take place at 7PM-11PM during week days and 2PM till 6PM during weekend (server times).

Raid participation: Class leaders decide on the selection of raid members utilising a fair rotation while fulfilling the criteria for a successful raid. Officers are ready to accommodate and select players for raids based on their activity, the need for improvement of their gear, the need for a particular raid setup required for a specific encounter, and of course on a fair rotation when members of the same class have equal activity and gear. Although sometimes it is necessary to stack certain class for a specific encounter, we generally we do not like members sitting out on raids and thus we do everything possible to minimise the occurrence of such. Overall our participation management ensures the guild will never be solely depended on the same certain players, whereupon their absence prevents a successful raid from taking place. Thus being a member does no guarantee a slot raid indefinitely and noone is irreplaceable.

Raiding atmosphere: A good sense of humour and a good temperament, desire for challenges and having fun doing it, willing to wipe again and again and not quit until the job is done, striving to be the best while learning from mistakes and getting better with every try, working as part of a team and go by the raiding rules we all abide by for maximum efficiency and results, be ready to hear loud screams on ventrilo on hard encounter kills…these are our raids and if the above describe you and what you are looking for…then yes, we are probably the guild for you.

Loot Distribution: Loot distribution is GM and officer-decided, based on the overall benefit to the guild and prudent gear preparation dictated by progress needs, member attendance history, recent member loot history, size of upgrade where logic supersedes greediness, and overall member performance and contribution to raids.
