Monday the 1st of March, we took down the Lich King and with this, we cleared ICC on normal. We've had a lot of roster changes the last couple of weeks, which did cause some slowdowns, but we are now back on track and ready to take down the hardmodes! |

Nightshift rises victorious from the depths of darkness, alone but fearless |

One of the best things in raiding is the priceless moments when you see that your work and effort get awarded. We had some unfinished business when the coliseum came but it didn't mean that Yogg'Saron would be alive for much longer. As a priority we devoted many hours hard work, tactical adjustments and amazing effort to minimize human error and RNG factors while securing a great execution. The kill was long ago coming but it just takes one try without disconnections (or a few) to happen.
Past nerfs and new gear did make it easier than its intended purpose but nevertheless it still is the most difficult encounter we faced yet in this expansion and one of the moments that arose sunwell memories that we'll never forget. A guild achievement that many worked for and keeps the tradition of high-end game raiding guild. As expected within the very next lag-free visit in the coliseum Anub'arak died as well. Double vent screaming within one weeks lockout... |

Nightshift Algalon 25 Kill |
After some long time and as it was long overdue we have gotten then achievement for the realm first Algalon Kill and added the tag of Celestial Defenders to the list of titles. We intent to keep on the tradition and continue strong in our aim to explore and experience the kills wow has to offer. The scream was super loud, and tears came to our eyes, the title is nice but once again we realise that the achievement we keep on carrying is: our guild tag. |

Nightshift answers the Call of the Grand Crusade |
After taking Yogg-Saron out of the way there was one more boss alive, some scarab called Anub'arak. Tactical execution and setup was already formed although the schedule prioritized Yogg-Saron and we didn't devote to Anub'arak the same raiding hours. Same as on Yogg-Saron everyone played his role and stood up to the expectations.
Congratulations to everyone who contributed in completing the Call of the Grand Crusade. |
